Alan Stuart Jones (1939-2023)

Dr Alan Jones passed away on Monday 21st August 2023.
Alan started at UQ as a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics in January, 1963, and retired as a Senior Lecturer in July, 2005.
Many of you will remember Alan as a good colleague, as a dedicated teacher, or both.
He contributed to AustMS for a number of years as Editor of the Bulletin.
